Kidney Mitra connects dialysis patients with dialysis centres near them, with 20+ centres onboarded.
The problem
Dialysis patients struggled to find and book open slots at nearby centres.
Dialysis patients need sessions several times a week, often for years. Finding a centre with an open slot meant calling around, and visit records lived on paper that patients carried between centres. Patients travelling to a new city could lose their regular centre altogether. Centres, for their part, had no simple way to show open capacity or keep patient reports digital.

A patient app and centre panel for finding nearby dialysis centres, booking sessions instantly and keeping records digital.
- Patient app: find nearby dialysis centres, see open slots and book a session instantly.
- Centre panel: manage slots and bookings, and record each visit digitally.
- Digital records: patient visit reports stored in the system instead of on paper.
- Admin panel: for the Kidney Mitra team, including enquiries for dialysis products.
