These Terms of Use govern your use of samatvatechindia.com (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

1. Who we are

The Website is owned and operated by Samatva Tech India Pvt. Ltd. (“Samatva”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Uttarakhand, India, and a branch office at A-140, Unispace Business Park, Office 104, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. CIN: U72900UR2021PTC013333.

We build custom software for businesses and institutions, and we own and operate products including ClassPLX and UniPLX.

“You” means any person or organisation that visits or uses the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. Using the Website

You may use the Website to learn about Samatva, our services and products, and to contact us.

You must not:

• Copy, scrape, reproduce or resell any part of the Website without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system
• Upload or transmit malware, spam or any harmful code
• Use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the Website
• Submit false information or impersonate any person or organisation
• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, fully or partly, at any time and without notice.

3. Website content and our services

Everything on the Website is for general information only. It is not an offer, quotation or commitment to provide any service, feature, price or timeline.

Project figures, client counts, timelines and outcomes shown on the Website describe past work. They do not guarantee similar results for your project.

Any engagement with us, including custom software development and subscriptions to ClassPLX, UniPLX or any other product, is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, order form or statement of work. If anything on the Website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.

We may change, add or remove services, products, features or content on the Website at any time.

4. Enquiries and communications

When you submit a form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are allowed to share it.

By contacting us, you agree that we may reply to you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry. We will only send you marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or writing to info@samatvatechindia.com.

Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information through Website forms. If your project involves confidential information, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share it.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, design, layout and code, is owned by Samatva or licensed to us. It is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Samatva, Samatva Tech, SAMTECH, ClassPLX and UniPLX names and logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our written permission.

Client names, logos and case studies. Third-party names and logos shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification only. Their display does not mean those organisations endorse the Website beyond what is stated. Case studies may be anonymised or simplified to protect client confidentiality.

6. Third-party links and partners

The Website may link to third-party websites, tools or services. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Using them is at your own risk and under their terms.

Some of our products and services may be marketed or resold by authorised partners. A partner’s own commitments, pricing or statements are its responsibility unless we have confirmed them in writing.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website.

If you access the Website from outside India, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Website after that means you accept the updated terms.
