Foresite Logistics started in 2019 with a single truck. By 2023, they had grown into a national operation across Melbourne and Brisbane — managing courier, air freight, ocean freight, road transport, residential moves, corporate relocations, warehouse storage, and airport PMC pickups. Growth had outpaced their systems. Orders were taken by phone and email, driver coordination happened over WhatsApp, and shipment status required manual calls to update. Clients had no real-time visibility into their cargo. With 8 service lines and a fleet spanning two cities, the absence of a centralized platform was costing them clients and operational hours every single day.
We embedded with Foresite's operations team across both the Melbourne and Brisbane offices to map every workflow — from initial enquiry and order intake through to dispatch, customs clearance, and final delivery confirmation. Rather than retrofitting an off-the-shelf TMS, we designed a fully custom platform to match how Foresite actually operates: one dashboard covering courier runs, PMC airport freight pickups, full fleet management, ocean freight imports, corporate relocations, and labour coordination — all under one roof.
